    I'm also very finicky about who touches my food and how. Latex gloves are conspicuously absent from the hands of the food preparers here. That is why I am not giving Nick my fourth star. That said, I feel that more should be mentioned about the merits of the very homemade-y, cafeteria-style comfort food Nick's offers. You can get a big-ass plate of cheesy lasagna and a side salad for about 6 bucks! So cheap and perfectly filling. The pasta salads are yummy, too. So if you're hungry and broke, this is a good, cozy option for lunch. Just don't look when they're handling your food...

    For quick office lunch type place it can't be beat. Roasted pepper sandwhich is the best. For best food value try the salad-huge mound for like $3.

    I came here because it is in the building I am currently working at. They have a lot of items to choose from, lots of salads and other entree's. The first time I ordered an Egg salad sandwich on dutch crunch, and a spinach pasta salad. Both were decent. The spinach salad was good. The 2nd time I ordered turkey avocado, and chef salad. The chef salad looked good and interesting, but I couldn't finish it. The seasoning, and all the different types of meat did not blend well. I was also a little disappointed in the Turkey sandwich, it is highly processed meat that I feel like I can buy better quality at Safeway.
